How did you get that beautiful color after one week?
[doublepost=1484848337][/doublepost]Best Buy is offering 25% off of you purchase 3 cases...

Likely by letting it sit in a bed of spent coffee grinds or with a thorough rubdown of coconut oil or a combination of the two.

For$20 I would definitely get it. You can definitely darken it. I used coconut "oil" from a grocery store on my saddle brown. You can control how dark it gets by applying and wiping it off. The more applications and the longer you leave it the darker it gets.

Lol I can't picture myself sitting there rubbing coconut oil on the leather back every now and then. But it sounds like it's worth a try, guess I'll be buying it off him after all. Thanks.

Anyone with a color other than black XP any flash wash out when taking pictures? I ask because the black camera ring has since been eliminated with this generation of cases.

Got a saddle brown for my iPhone 7 today. I can't wait to see it age over time! I really like the lines it had right out of the box.

Help! Just had this for less than a week and already have an ink mark. How do I get it off?
[doublepost=1485225668][/doublepost]It looks so worn already because my one and a half year old likes to throw my phone around.

Edit: Dr. Google gave me the answer. I used hairspray and a qtip.

I played with this case at Best Buy yesterday, holy cow it's slippery.

Brand new it is pretty bad, but trust me it gets better. I didn't like the brand new one I bought weeks ago and returned it. I decided to give it another chance and bought an "open box" one from ebay. When I got it I treated it a couple times with coconut oil and it now looks and feels great. The coconut oil trick really works!

Hi I posted in this thread earlier regarding the wiggle room on the sides of the apple leather cases.

I tried using the leather case again after giving up on them for a couple months. and after a few days I started to use he case again, I see the 7 and 7 plus leather cases start to stretch and becomes "loose" and I feel the wiggle room.

Is this inevitable? Am I the only one? I wanna use the apple leather case cuz I had such a good experience with the 6 plus leather case.

Wiggle room? Mine is still tight and have gotten it about a week after launch. I tend to switch my cases back and forth too.

I like those lines too. Is it the lighting because it seems darker out of the box.

Hey guys. 2 things

I got a free apple leather iPhone 7 saddle brown case from Apple.

I want to make it darker. So I read use coconut oil, do I just put some on my fingers and rub the case a few times?

Second is the case has a bunch of lines going down it (5 to be exact) Is this normal? Ive seen the same lines on some in this thread.

Yes just try to spread the coconut oil evenly. You can also let it sit in used coffee grinds for several hours to attain a beautiful patina almost immediately. The lines are normal but some cases have hardly any while others have quite a few.
