Considering the fact it was announced and shown to us in September 12th, i'm hoping that this delay isn't true, but I suppose it's always possible.

I don't think Apple has announced any requirements but if I were a bettin' man I'd say Lion and Windows 7 would be prerequisites... that is if the Windows version even sees an update.
You don't have to install it.

I wonder if coverflow will be going away? Doesn't look like it's going to be in iTunes 11. But could be under the view tab.
By the time it's finally released we'll be asking whether it still supports Mountain Lion and Windows 7.

I'm concerned that the win7 version might suck for a month or two at first, if they release it at all.
Who knows what Apple demo'd in June. Could have all been "simulated", which would have no relation to the state of the actual product at that time.
too bad its not only delayed a few weeks than I would at least be less annoyed.
