They did, a part of the new store UI in iOS 6. All in all, it's not a feature deserving of huge fanfare, it's simply part of the overall redesign of the store.

I have been saying this for the last few days, mark my words the New iTunes wont be here until next year.
Odd it's not reported anywhere else? Bummer if true. First, no turn by turn for Australia until November (the only country dropped off the October release schedule) - now this.
I work with design deadlines and get the delay, but the hype-up and anti-climax sucks..
I'll be sure to bump this in November so you can eat them.

Once iTunes is done, they can take a nice 90 day break and then focus on iWork and iLife updates.
The only thing i'll be eating in November is healthy foods, trust me i know for fact the New iTunes wont been here until next year.

Apple needs to work on their PR. They're coming a Ross as arrogant. Why the f would they say October, wait til the very last day and then switch it to November? They must have known they were late weeks ago. At the very least say something a week before the month is over.

Funny how it's been delayed. Just a coincidence right? We'll see what you say when it's not here by the end of November.
