I'm optimistic about today but wouldn't be surprised if it didn't launch until Friday or even Tuesday.
dont we need some sort of iTunes update by november 2nd to support the iPad mini and iPad 4 even if iTunes11 does not happen.
For me, iTunes is one of the most used pieces of software, I'd rather them take their time.

Yep there is no iPad mini/iPad4 support now. So iTunes 11 comes out before 2nd november. Apple said late october so...not long now

I think a little over an hour, I know there's a QA section so depending on how long that goes on for.
Well here's something from the 22nd... can't find any clues about release date and time, but it's the most recent mention of the new iTunes. They haven't forgotten it.
