"New Music Mix" Missing

update with my Apple Music test drive.
Not sure what happened, but after liking and disliking tracks, the new music mix just took a nosedive. The past two weeks, their recommendations have been dismal. Nothing that I would like, nothing. It's a shame, since I do like the overall user experience with Apple Music...

I agree. Just try to ignore it which is hard to do as they shove in your face under the "For You" tab. Just listen to whatever you like and don't bother with the terrible new music. The reason why it is bad because most new music is just bad.

I’ve been having this issue for weeks. Every week one mix started disappearing from my For You tab. Now all weekly personal mixes are gone (favorites, chill, new music) and I can’t even access them with Siri. She says “I can’t find your favorites mix”. Have a support ticket open with Apple and their engineers. I got a call back with them saying my mixes are starting to update again properly. Except I told them they still aren’t displaying on any of my devices. So now THAT has to be investigated.

I know we are a small minority. Yet still makes me wonder wtf is going on with apples back end pushing things properly to devices.

Ive been a subscriber since day one so theres no shortage of me liking and disliking music. Also ironically the specialist on my case said his favorites mix has also not updated in weeks. Wonder how many others have this issue and just either don’t notice or care or use the for you section.

I am having this exact same issue. The only way for me to access my new music mix or my chill mix is to find them in my recently played list. Siri can't find them either.

Mine were like that for a while but they never updated and then dropped off completely.
I suggest calling Apple. It’ll be painful explaining it all but it may draw more attention to the issue.

So a quick update......my Favorites mix is back and also updated today, tuesday, as its supposed to. Still waiting on New Music Mix and Chill Mix to come back one day.

Hang in there.... a few years back it took almost a year for a full recovery in the For You section.

My Favorites Mix disappeared from the For You tab today. Playlist is still in my library but hasn‘t updated from last week.

Edit: it‘s back!

Thats now an ongoing issue for most. Sadly there is no official word from Apple.

My personal guess is that there are some changes coming to Apple music that might be part of iOS 13.4 due to launch later this month. But it still makes no sense since 90 percent of Apple music stuff can be changed server side without an app update.
