No status change yet. Still "pending".

For what it's worth, the N7 32GB Cellular is also "pending".

I have no idea what order they're shipping things out in, but neither of my orders has changed since they were made. No updates.

So right now I have an iPhone 4S and I bought the Nexus 4. If I remember correctly, the iPhone 4S was rated at HSPA+ speeds of around 14 Mbps and the Nexus 4 is 21 Mbps. Do I need to get a new SIM card to take advantage of the speed increase?

The nexus 4 does 42 Mbps HSPA+ and before on my galaxy Nexus I got around 5 to 10 Mbps. I popped my sim in the N4 today and peaked at 16 Mbps with ease.

I don't think you'll have to do anything sim wise. If the network supports 42 Mbps HSPA+, you should be good to go.

Did your galaxy nexus support HSPA+ as well? The thing I am worried about is that I will get HSPA+ on the Nexus 4, but just not getting the full speeds that it offers.

Galaxy Nexus had HSPA 21 Mbps whereas the N4 is 42 Mbps.

You should see an increase automatically I'd hope! :)

So is mine, still. :( I have high hopes for it changing status late tonight, though. Until then, I always fear something will happen to the order. vc

I had my order through within a minute or so of the store going live here in the US (11:33:08am EST was my receipt time stamp). I surely hope I'm in the first batch to go out.

att maxes out at 21
tmobile maxes out at 42

sucks because att has better coverage IMO

I might get a straight talk micro sim for tmobile and test data speeds and possibly make the switch full time to tmobile

Just can't imagine giving up my grandfathered unlimited data with at&t

Decisions decisions :confused::rolleyes:

Depends on the carrier I think. I am just worried I won't get full speeds on my Nexus 4.

I'm not too worried about it honestly, even though I've been spoiled with LTE on the iP5. Everybody is different, but for me I use home wifi, work wifi, and out and about, I can live with HSPA+

I just wish my shipping from Google had full speed

Sometimes school wifi is pretty horrid. So getting full HSPA+ speeds on AT&T would be faster, which is why I want to make sure I will be able to take advantage of that.
