Mind you a lot of these sites show high prices on pre- release stuff and then it comes down.

Yes and that's what I hope too because otherwise, I'll bail out from buying one no matter what and on launch day and I'll just wait for the reviews before making my decision.

No that would be $720 for the 32GB. Anyway I'm hoping for this to be a prank or a mistake considering the ATT price.

No. 460 USD gross for 32 GB model is correct (you have to take out 17% of incl VAT amount and then keep same numbers in usd, at least that s how retail prices work between US and EU)

Ouch indeed. That's a high price. Mind you a lot of these sites show high prices on pre- release stuff and then it comes down.

Maybe I'm just an optimist.

Though Nexus 5 16GB price sounds realistic. I am affraid this Nexus 6 would be more expensive than expected...

Word is, that's a Moto X (2014) next to a 4.7" iPhone 6.

Picture is fake.

The photo from TK is a fake. The iPhone 6+ is really an iPhone 6 using a screenshot from an article on Business Insider. What a loser.

After everything that has transpired with him, there is no reason to ever believe him again.

In case anyone isn't aware of the stuff going on with him, here is a link to the story.

That TK guy is a douche. Just making ***** up and pulling hoax and acting as if it's legit.
That guy really is a moron.

When I first saw the image I found it weird that the "Nexus 6" had the same sensors in the bottom bezel as the new X (the ones it uses for touchless controls).

I hope that new image from the German retailer is true. That would mean no more 16GB model? 32GB and 64GB sounds pretty amazing to me.

Not really no. The Nexus 5 for example is priced at $349 in the US and €349 in Europe. Similarly most Apple products use the same conversion. Using this logic and if those prices are correct, in the US it'll be $569 for the 32GB.

But the price for a Note 4 off contract in Germany is around €800 right? If so then €569 doesn't sound that strange to me for a 32 gb 6" device.

I'm not sure but the Note 4 should be around €750-770. The thing is that it feels like the Nexus has crossed a line, the €500 line and I know it is arbitrary, but this pricing, again if true, just makes it more of an investment than its predecessor was at least for me personally.

True, it would mean that the Nexus line is not-quite-as-cheap as it has been until now. It could mean that they're investing a bit more in camera/speakers etc. though. In that case I would personally consider the price increase wort it.

Actually given a 6" screen in the rumoured footprint size makes me drool so much that I'd almost buy it even if it cost as much as a Note 4, so I'll pretty much consider any positive price difference to be a pure bonus.

I really would be shocked if the base model was priced higher the $449.

Does anyone know a good site to refresh to see when it comes out immediately? Sites like theverge and android central are unfortunately a bit heavy on graphics so it kinda lags my already cruddy work comp. I wish I could browse mobile sites on my computer. Those being so lean would refresh quite quickly. (i unfortunately dont know how to use RSS)

I would think a phone that is $49 on contract would be $399 off contract. The moto X is $99 on contract and $499 off contract.

The $49 is an accident. If you go to the LG page you can see that someone changed the URL of the LG G Vista to Nexus 6. It's the Vista SKU in the URL. The Vista is $49. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed yet.

It will be announced on the official Google blog.

Some German blog posted these images of an allegedly German retailer's inventory, obviously in Euros. Unless they added up their own markup, this may end up being painful.

With the Nexus 5, wasn't it way more expensive if you didn't buy it direct from Google? Might be the same situation again.

Shocked, that just hours before the rumored Nexus 6 reveal, there still has not been any solid real pics or videos ? Just hoaxes by that TK douche, but no credible pics of the Nexus 6 that is supposedly going to be shown to the world in a matter of hours.

I am guessing no Nexus 6 phone today, just the HTC Nexus tablet, and Android 5.0 official reveal only.

Was there ever any real confirmation of an announcement today, or just rumors?

Wow. Nice. Much like a big version of the Moto-X which is to be expected. No pricing yet?

Moto Blog has the price. Starts at 650.

159.26mm X 82.98mm x 10.06mm

Those are some diesel dimensions though.

iPhone
158.1 x 77.8 x 7.1 mm
