Thats for orders placed from today on or maybe yesterday as well. Orders made few weeks back are still in the february batch. You can check your status and estimated delivery time in the email you received after placing your order.
Thanks for clarifying that. Actually I cannot check my order directly as it is placed through a reseller, but still good to know that apple might be able to keep the February estimation for previous orders.
Interestingly I ordered mine from an authorised reseller in the UK called Hardsoft, they have called to tell me it will be delivered today.
I ordered the 6 core standard 256GB, 16gb Ram (which they will upgrade) D500. Will post some pics when I get home, Interesting that these guys seem to be able to deliver so early with so many people waiting for Apple direct orders.
Have bought from them before good guys.
May well be worth a call/Email to them for anybody in the UK waiting.

I placed the order pretty much as soon as Apple had them on the website but its difficult as I was not given a firm delivery date just had the call today.

Yeah but then you're perfectly on par with online orders. Would've surprised me if they got shipments earlier. Whenever you're ordering a BTO at a reseller, they can never give you an exact delivery date, they always refer to the estimates noted on the online store.
But hey, awesome you got yours!
Update: There's limited stock for the 6-core base model in Lab9 Reseller in Belgium.

If you look at the google doc spreadsheet it's really depressing to see how almost everyone from the US with a Jan delivery date has their machines now, and in europe only 5 guys were lucky so far...

I am also still waiting (Germany), but it is to be feared that the delivery of my nMP will now take a little bit longer. Paypal canceled the open payment, because the time they hold it open was over and I've had to do a new order - customer service knows about it and will try to help...
I am one of the U.S. people who has yet to receive any shipping notification with a January date. I know how you feel.

Apple is currently losing much faith from me by favouring their us customers. I hate that american attitude 8(

It is like any premium product, it is shipped locally first then people abroad get it but after a longer wait, logistics will play a part in that too. This happens with almost anything from Cars to Food.
Also, we are kind of lucky in that Apple US didn't just sell it to US alone but allowed international orders to be queued up too. That means we should get it before our local stores start selling them (which would sell out on day one).

I ordered on the 3rd Jan and was due for dispatching in Feb as are most people who ordered in Jan. I sort of hoped Apple might ship earlier than the promised date. This has been looking like it was definitely not going to happen.
Have just cancelled my order. Stock quad core so don't get too excited about moving up the queue if you're expecting a more meatier version!
Got a bit bored waiting and reading about resellers getting stock in and some with discount prices. I'm going to hang loose and watch what happens over the next few weeks. Will either buy from a reseller or even the major UK chain store if stock starts to arrive.
I prefer to buy most of my Apple kit from the two local Apple retail stores for some reason. Who knows, they may eventually get the nMP in stock and surprise us all!

Today I got a pending charge on my CC for Apple Care and the SuperDrive I ordered but not my Mac Pro, is that a good or bad sign? Hope some of y'all got your Pros by now!
