This is taking longer than my link band watch took to deliver, they sent me a delivery notice, but that hasn't changed in five days it just says -
Shipping notification, Item pre-advice received

Whatever that means.
 
That means that Nomad has generated a shipping label but they haven't actually given the item to the carrier. I genuinely believe they are doing just as suggested: they are generating shipping labels just to get people to think they are fulfilling their orders so they will back off. Worse, it looks like they are doing so without actually having any product to ship.

Very, very shady.

They sent me that on May 29th, they have 3 ship dates they told me after every email inquiry, they all came and went.

I definitely agree with you here, but my one reason to believe not is that after I demanded a refund, they told me the stand is still on it's way. If it was still hanging out in the production house and I cancelled my order, they would keep the product and not ship it to me. Right?

It would make sense that they would no longer ship it if you cancel if it's still in their warehouse. If it had shipped they wouldn't let you cancel only return would be my guess.

Good point, and I don't have an answer for that unless perhaps they are hoping to generate good will. With this company, anything is possible (except actually shipping product to pre-order customers).

Same here, as of 6/4/18:30, my status reads "Item received for processing"

I know I sound like an ass when I say this, but it feels good to be getting this stand 100% for free. It feels good to f them over after they f'ed us all over. I know they used my preorder money to fulfill their order with Best Buy, but my patience and constant nagging paid off!
 
@lupend88 Dont feel like an ass, I once ordered a vinyl record on groupon and they were weeks late with their promise, so I "cancelled" my order and got a refund. The next day, it shipped. They brought it on themselves.

I too received that "tracking number" after I requested cancellation. Their excuse is that they cannot cancel the order because it has already shipped though some shipping company i have never heard of. They must think of us as fools. I will be calling AMEX to dispute this order and never do business with this company again.
 
My order moved.. Or didn't actually move just had a status change . . . .

I ordered this stand on "Apr 7, 2015 01:43 EDT", I ordered this BEFORE I was able to order my watch...

May 19th I heard back from Cloë, the support person, she said they would get back to me....

May 26th I heard back.... The stands have been packaged/labeled and are ready to ship

6 days later I get
01/June/15 14:29Item pre-advice received

Four more days later I get . . .
04/June/15 18:17Item received for processing

It's now two months since I originally placed my order...

Did anyone who got their order canceled by Chloe actually see the refund in their bank account? My order was "canceled" on May 19th... still no money. Booo this company!
