They must be flying these things on RC aircrafts one by one.

Hahaha Noah left this thread a long time ago. Everything about this company is shady.
I think I'll just contact my bank for a refund, order a Spigen stand, and if I eventually receive my Nomad stand, so be it.
Me too, I've had it with them. They don't respond to any form of communication and Noah clearly isn't returning! I've given them chance after chance with my order and I'm fed up with them stealing my money.
It's unacceptable that I ordered in March for an item that was suppose to ship in April and it's the middle of June and I have nothing and they have my money!

What I like about the elevation lab one is that it's horizontal, so it can take advantage of the new nightstand mode in watchOS 2. If they come out with an aluminum model I'm all in.
According to their Twitter, all orders through June 7 are on the way and should arrive soon, but no hard dates. I'll give it by the end of the week.

How a product can sit in a Texas warehouse for well over a week now is just too concerning for me.
I have already ordered a Spigen stand that will be here later today, so my mind is already in the mode that I won't be receiving my Nomad stand this week.

His false offers to offer personal email assistance is also infuriating enough for me to tell this company to shove their product up their arses for all their empty promises. Giving them till Friday is more than gracious on my part, and probably the part of others here.

$120 is very expensive for a stand, yes. But I don't mind paying for something that looks like a piece of art, especially a piece of art that I will be using on a daily basis for years. That's how much some people pay for a nice dinner.
Saw this posted on Nomad's twitter account 4 hours ago. I figured those in the U.S. might be last leg through USPS.

Their Facebook says that they're expected to arrive in Chicago shortly, and then be delivered by USPS.
What does "shortly" mean?
Sounds like whatever it is, it will be longer getting from Chicago to west coast. Had thought it would reach west coast from China first. oh well.

Chicago? That's weird. From what I've seen, a lot of USA orders have been sitting in a warehouse in Texas since 6/1.
Update: Since I've opened a formal complaint with the BBB, I have gotten a response from Nomad. It was a similar message posted by Noah explaining the mfg delays BUT.....it gets better!
To resolve the issue they shipped me a stand from their office in California and it delivered to me today via USPS with a USPS tracking number. My original order still shows "pre-advice received".
Not sure if them shipping me the stand was tied to the BBB complaint or the email I sent to Noah.

It's terrible that we would have to go through all of this just to receive a stand that they have sitting in their office. Lol
I'm a fairly patient person, so I'll hold off on filing, but if it's not in the next week. That's the action I'll have to take.
It's definitely tied to the BBB complaint, because the moment I mentioned a similar threat I received a full refund and was told the stand will be on it's way, basically for free. If I were you I wouldn't let that bribery stop you. I'd continue through the process of your complaint.
Actually, on second thought, their response to your complaint did nothing but light a fire under me as well. It's disgusting that they continue to ignore customers and treat them like scum but the second a formal complaint is filed then they begin to listen. I am going to write a BBB complaint this evening as well. I think we should all do the same. They deserve every bit of it.
