128 black 7+. October 4-10. Started with the app right at midnight. Only refreshed for a couple minutes before I could get in. Already had the phone favorited so it loaded right up and I went to check out. Didn't realize there was a whole other process for signing up for the AUP and by the time I was done filling out all that info the delivery date had slipped to 2-3 weeks.
 
Black 7+ 128GB while ordering had a 9/16 date, once I got my confirmation email (3:11am EST) it had slipped to 9/27-9/29. Just chatted Apple and was told my est delivery date is 9/17-9/24. Fingers crossed for 9/16.

Same - AND I ordered 2 at :20 - shocked that I am not launch day - still sez ships 2-3 weeks JUST LIKE THE WEB site If I were to order now.... SUCK

Last year I ordered a 64gb 6s plus through att premier at 313am, got mid oct estimate, received it on launch day (got a shipping notification from att the Wednesday before). No such luck the year before though.

This year ordered a 128gb black 7 plus through Apple at 315am, got 10/4-10/10 estimate. Cautiously optimistic.
Same time I order two from apple same model - still sez 2-3 weeks - same as buying today. - hoping WE are up in line and will see ours very soon.

I just got off the phone with Apple and the lady told me she can put in the order to have it expedited. And the order will show a much earlier date, but she said if in that time there aren't enough inventory to fulfill those dates, your order will be pushed back to the end of the line and would lose my original shipping date spot. She said it was up to me if I wanted to expedite and take that chance or leave it. So I opted to have my original delivery date.

I was hoping that as phones start moving into shipping status that are for after launch day estimated delivery sates we'd be able to start getting an idea of when our phones might be starting to ship based on other with similar phones/estimated delivery dates
 
128GB AT&T Matte Black - ordered at like 12:11 PST (because Apple Store was down before that) - showed me launch day during checkout, then 10/4-10/10 afterwards. Ugh. No movement whatsoever yet, after SO many people reassured me I would get it on launch day regardless.
 
Black 7+ 256 order confirm @ 1:15 MST, original dates were 9/27-9/29. Had question RE CC used, on hold for 2:52, got quasi bumped shipping to 9/20-9/22, still processing, still processing, still processing, still processing, still processing....

Case ordered at same time, just shipped.

Ordered at 12:06am and got 9/27-9/29 standard shipping

When I had it in the cart it said 9/16 delivery and when I clicked place order it changed.

i had the same thing happen to me. They didn't even hold the phone for 2 minutes to let you enter your info.
 
Black 32GB plus with Verizon. 9/27-9/29.

When I selected the phone it showed 9/16, but by the time I got to check out (it took a while because I had to key CC info) the date slipped.

Hoping it'll get bumped up but if not, I'll probably cancel and find one in stores.
Same exact thing happened to me. Probably cancelling too if nothing changes soon. I got my confirmation e-mail at 3:14. I'm beginning to think it's the 32gb 7plus. I'm not sure if anyone with that model actually has a 9/16 date.

Well that really sucks. We'd probably all be getting our phones this Friday if we just would have chosen a different model. Lol.
 
128 GB Jet Black 7+ to deliver 9/26-10/3. I have seen some people able to get this moved up. Just tried through Apple Order support Chat for the heck of it and it didn't work out. Oh well. I'm still ok with my order timeline.

What did you say to them or what has been said by the ones who were successful at this?

I asked if I could get next day shipping on my order rather than standard. Unfortunately, that didn't work out too well...
 
So glad this thread got created as the other one is full of people just tracking etc. can't wait to see some movement (hopefully) on the late orders.

Its gotta make you wonder what they did differently to make it work for them? I wonder if its just a matter of "can do" and "can't do" apple workers they are dealing with..

I don't expect to get it this week but I do think it will be earlier than the delivery estimate from past experiences.

I also don't believe any random Apple support person has any power to change actual delivery dates on the limited supply of iPhones. Logically speaking with a limited supply of phones, any actual increase in delivery dates would require someone else to receive their phones later. I don't think Apple gave anyone at the support level the power to do that.

I don't think people are lying about their interactions with support but I think all the support staff are doing is giving a less conservative delivery date. People will still get their phones at the same date they would have which will still likely correspond to their "improved" delivery date if not even earlier but no sooner than they would have otherwise.
