Can y'all tell me what the new version of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is now? I have 15.3.1 showing as was just making sure that's the current version as of now. Thanks!

Guys I have an off topic question.

I wanted to save a Word 2016 document to an older Word format when I discovered this issue with El Capitan beta.
As I'm reading your posts it still works for some of you. Would someone help me out converting the file to an older format?

I'd really appreciate your help as I'm stuck with no options to fix this.

Still crashing...very disappointing.

I really like the new look but Word is slow and buggy as hell.

I am back to Office 2011. Runs fast and without any problems.

Hi. I was having exactly the same problems with crash on save in MS Office 2016 and DP6. I uninstalled office using these instructions:

And then reinstalled office 2016. After this, I was able to save with no problems.

Arfung's post didn't resolve my issue, unfortunately. However, I had no problems if I saved or saved as to the MS One Drive. Problems arose when I tried to save to DropBox or my Documents folder on my Mac.

Anyone else having problems with search in Outlook 2016? I rebuilt the spotlight index using the Privacy settings and search still does not work in Outlook, but it works in Mail when accessing the same Exchange account.

uhm, when you click search, don't forget to click 'subfolders' or 'all mailboxes' in the ribbon. I don't find that intuitive or even logic at all but that's how it works for me.

You are right. I am getting the same crash on Save in MS Word Office 2016 still. It worked once or twice, and then back to the crash. I am able to successfully save to drive in Excel and Powerpoint.

Outlook 2016 still crashes on startup with Exchange 2010. Worked for al little while, then started crashing on start up. Oddly, I can add it as an IMAP server and its fine. Just the Exchange part doesn't work. No issues with Word, Excel, or PP.

Yup. Did the same thing myself. I had to go to PB1, then PB2, then PB3. No problems now here either.

Same here, but rolling back to Public Beta 3 of El Capitan eliminated that problem.
