Hi all :)

i'm new to macs, like what i see sofar.
Got a imac (2008, osx 10.7.5 iirc) as mainmachine, am exploring macminis and the colorfull emacs just for fun.
Been working for a few weeks to get the old stuff (ultima online, diablo2, quake2 doom) running on the imac.
Found gamers on games dot com, all old stuff ready to run :)
Now testing MorphOS on macmini...on 1.26ghz and soon on a 1.50ghz.

Grtz,
PymerOne.

Hi!

I'm Niek, from the Netherlands. Been reading here for years now, thought I might contribute somewhere. At the office, i unfortunately work with Windows, at home I use my 13.3"MacBook Pro Retina (2014).

I will most likely stick to reading, unless I've got something useful to say. Which actually hardly ever happens. I do say a lot though, it's just not useful for many :D

So yeah. Hi!

Welcome to the show.

Good day/night Everybody! :)

I'm an avid Apple user who has been reading Macrumors.com for a long time. I will most frequently visit the Mac Pro, iPhone, iOS and OS X forums. Plan is to contribute and not to spam!
FYI: The Mac Pro on my list is running Logic Pro X exclusively and therefore core part of my little home studio. The MacBook Pro is for work. All iDevices are for communication, gaming, reading, surfing the web, listening to and sometimes making music.

Greetings from Vienna!

This will be a bit of a test... Another of these threads started with good intentions... but was soon taken over by regulars.

if you just joined MacRumors, reply and introduce yourself.

This is only for new Macrumors users... only users who registered within two months of the current date may reply...

All other users posts will be deleted. (moderators, please enforce this). This will be for myself included... only comments by truely "new" users will be allowed in this thread.

Discuss away...

(this could fail miserably if no one replies :) )

Hello. I'm Stuart Oskamp. I don't see a clear place to reply. I'm looking for help because my ColorSync Utility won't print (doesn't have a print button). Any help would be very nice.

I have used this forum as a visitor to find answers. Many thanks to the generous folks who give so much useful info.

I'm not keen on giving much personal info in my "status" and don't know what an avatar is, even if I have one already. (My first experience of computers was programming in Algol60 on an Elliott 803 in 1966.)

Welcome Malcolm. Your 'avatar' is the small image that shows next to your name on the boards. Mine is the black and white shot of me with my arms folded.
