Now their going after the Apps. Looks like Samsung's got a real game plan in their new line of ads. So far they've gone after the mindless sheep like behaviour, now the Apps. What could be next? But I gotta say, it's another funny commercial. Samsung is really getting creative. They still take a funny jab at the sheep at the end. Can't wait for the superbowl commercial. lol

OP you are insufferable. Every single time Samsung releases anything or even blinks...

Like clockwork.

Your should submit your resume to their marketing/pr department. You'd slot right in.

I didn't even look at the vid but how could you even attempt to put down apps! Almost every app that's available on IOS is available on Android!

Well I'm wrong. Just viewed the vid and they done well again. Forgot about being able to test the apps out with android because I just test them with installous. It's a feature I would miss if I didn't jailbreak.

These ads target uneducated smartphone users. So to that, I give them a thumbs up for having enough sense to take advantage of people who think its all bout glitz and glam.

I really don't expect apple to retaliate in the manner that many of us may want them to. I expect apple to keep pushing what the device does and how it gets the job done.

Do you think about anything that isn't to do with Samsung?

Wrong! they target the uneducated iPhone user which is a good 99% of the users. anyone who has used android all ready knows is a nicer OS.

Hey, I'm not the only one tired of these posts....isn't there a Samsung forum, somewhere?

Why on earth click on the thread then! You are allowed to make choices for your self. You don't have to follow the crowd

There Is Nothing Wrong

With Android, or Samsung....It's just that they are at least two years behind Apple in the curve.

I have friends who have Samsung stuff, they bring them over and I play (whilst they use my stuff) The end result is alway's the same....."I just can't afford your stuff, iMac, MBA MBP iPad etc.

The Samsung stuff is okay, I wouldn't buy it, but Android will become a contender in a couple of years.

I'm Apple through and through. BUT when Android does catch up we may see better quality products.

The Kindle Fire is a good example, It's not bad, and I'm pretty sure most kid's would be delighted with one as a Christmas present.

Swings and roundabouts. One thing remains a stone cold fact. Hold an iPad against the "Contenders" and the quality of our stuff stands out a mile. Long may that continue.

My point was the fact that they are going after users who just want big screens and don't educate themselves on why one smartphone may be better or more useful than the other. I'd really appreciate them more if they focused more on why they believe they have the superior phones.

They are shootin cheap shots right now

Yeah apple would never take cheap shots!

By the way if people are impressed by stuff as simple as the iPhone features then why wouldn't they be impressed by big screens? Apple will without a shadow of doubt increase the size of the iPhone screen. That's like saying your happy with your 24" CRT in your front room and you don't want a 55" plasma.

Solely to annoy you!

And I was the first one to read and post....doesn't seem like I was following much of a crowd, other than my own ego.

Lack of updates? Bro Android had had three major OS upgrades the past 15 months while you got just one. Now you have to wait another year for the iP5 phone and another OS update while the Galaxy S3 will be here in Feb and the Galaxy Nexus is coming soon. Not to mention the Galaxy S2 is getting ICS in January. Not to mention they have 3 different size tablets.

Hec, you cant even stream your music with your iPhone wirelessly in a Toyota or Lexus yet til Jan when they have a software update for it. Not sure if you can in any cars yet (since i dont have any others) but we have been doing it on Android for a long while now.

Not really, since phones are meant to be portable and TV's aren't.

Seriously? Do I look like a bro?

Yeah, to get updates, you shouldn't have to keep buying new phones!

Android had notifications before Apple did.

Samsung already is going to release flexible display phones next year.

So, they're not two years behind Apple.

Apple is two years behind them.

Not really, since phones are meant to be portable and TV's aren't.

So increasing your phone 0.5" means you can no longer fit it in your pocket! Perhaps if the iPhone didn't have bezels like a 2001 plasma screen then it wouldn't be any bigger.
