Yup. Pro Max 256GB Silver.

I could have flipped a coin between silver and black, but went with silver based on it being less popular on the polls here. Figured it would be more likely to be in stock. I'm happy with the decision.

Ordered through At&T because Apple wouldn't let me repay the very small balance I had remaining on my 12 pro for trade in while AT&T just added it on to my total (taxes). Site wasn't loading at 7:00 (CST) and I had to get to work so I left home at 7:15, got to work at 7:30 and it was working. Breezed right on though. 9/16 delivery.
 
Easily the most infuriating buying experience of all time.

I’m in Bangkok and selected English as the shop language. All fine until the address page with all the dropdowns in Thai. When I started it was delivery on the 16th and when I could finally order, via the app this time, it was 3-4 weeks delivery. Such a ridiculous and amateurish oversight.

Since I knew that the Internet was going to be bogged down with orders, I called AT&T and spoke with a live agent who set me up. I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes but I got it done and chose the 14 Pro Max gold 1TB option. Hopefully I’ll get it on the 16th, I requested the day off just in case. Last year I took the day off on the delivery day but FedEx again, delayed my package over the weekend so I didn’t get it until the following Monday. When the package arrived the cardboard was falling apart because it got wet and the iPhone box inside was not secured very well so it was bouncing around and parts of it tour. But the phone itself was in good shape. So hopefully this time around FedEx will do a better job. I know they get overwhelmed with these orders.
 
I got a 14 Pro Max Deep Purple 1TB and 14 Pro Deep Purple 512gb both to be delivered on September 16th. 1st time I ever pre-ordered it was awesome!
 
Mine also slipped a week to 9/23. I ordered the 512 Purple Pro Max.
My life is so busy, an extra week will fly by. Maybe we'll get lucky and the 9/23 orders will deliver a bit earlier if not launch day. I've seen that happen. Underpromise - overdeliver.

Denver, CO. Major metro area. I don't think that is it. I may have had the option to pick it up launch day, didn't really look. Maybe it will come sooner.

Glitchy with Apple Pay errors but order seemed to go through. Pre selected and started trying to complete order immediately once it finally went live, 14PM 512 black, but the weird thing is delivery date was 9/23 right out of the gate, so I chose pickup on 9/16, but it’s a bit out of town. Equally difficult to order AirPods Pro 2, Apple Pay or Apple Card must be overwhelmed.
I had same issue.
 
Pro Max 512GB, Deep purple. Ordered through apple store app on my phone. Didn't open up until a few minutes after 8:00 but process was quick from there. Delivery scheduled for 16th.

I did my due diligence. I paid off my AT&T next so it was 50% paid off, which makes you eligible for a new phone. I did that Wednesday. Thursday I went through all the motions to make sure everything was ok. Got to the “place order” button(with an iPhone 13 in my cart,) then backed out. Everything seemed ready. Today I go through the motions. “You’ll need to contact AT&T to upgrade. They were offering a substantial discount if you trade in a phone with no installment agreement in place to be eligible. So I called. Said pay off entire phone to be eligible. Technical issue. Called again to speak to an actual person. She got me all fixed up! And I still got $500 off! *whew! iPhone 14 Pro, deep purple, 256GB

Kept trying to place my order in the Apple Store app, but it kept erroring out. Then I checked my email, and the order had gone through. I had select in-store pickup for 9/16, but my order says delivers to my house 9/28-10/3. Never even finished checkout in the app, where I could select a pickup time.
Same here. I even chose Apple Store location and time. Payment went thru, then I notice at the email that will be delivered Sept 16 instead of pickup in store. I’m not so mad cuz it will be delivered same day as launch day but man, I hate to keep waiting and looking thru the window every 5 minutes. Ordered Space Black Pro Max. Last year had/have Silver and the previous Gold.
 
Got what I wanted and it was very easy. I ordered on AT&T website. It said expected delivery was on 15th.
 
Got a gold pro for the wife and a silver pro for me. Xfinity mobile has an upgrade discount too for existing customers. $400 per line. Nice. Didn’t expect that either but hey I’ll take it
 
Did not come up until about 8:07 EST. The preorder that I had previously set up, I had to cancel out due to the case I had selected not being available. I had opted for the 14 pro max space black 512GB. I figured I could easily do another configuration for the same phone but with a different case and get the order in quickly. How wrong I was!

After getting the phone, different case, and accessories selected, by the time I navigated back to the checkout screen, the store pickup option was unavailable, and the delivery date had slipped to late September. So I removed the phone and went through the different colors of the 14 pro max 512GB to see if there was one that would still be available for store pickup on launch day. Low and behold the deep purple 14 pro max 512GB stilll was available so I grabbed that one and proceeded with the rest of my order and the checkout process from there was a breeze.

So in the end, I did get a 14 pro max 512GB for pickup on launch day with trade in of my old. Just ended up with a different color but I'm fine with that.
 
Purple PM 128 and black P 128. Both delivering on the 16th. Hopefully they will both come this year. Two years ago UPS lost my phone and it finally showed up 2 weeks later. By then I had already got a replacement at the store.
 
Ordered a 14 Pro and a Pro Max in deep purple, 256 gb. Haven’t decided which size I’ll prefer so I hope to make a decision before Friday and cancel the one I don’t want!

Went through just fine for me on Xfinity mobile. Super easy. Ordered two phones
Still no luck here.. Oops something went wrong.. tried on my PC, my phone, tried a different billing credit card.. not sure if the fact I just paid off my small balance on my 12 pro is causing the issue or what. It says paid in full ready for upgrade so I don't see why that would be the case.
 
My payment info wasn’t saved so my order slipped from the 16th to 28-3. From what I remember these orders generally get moved up a little.
 
Apple store app went live at 8:01 EST for me. Paid and got what I wanted by 8:02. So much better than years ago when I’d set an alarm and wake up in the middle of the night to place the order.
 
I've ordered a 128GB iPhone 14 Pro in black. Currently on a 64GB iPhone 11 Pro so double the storage will be fantastic.

Terrible experience trying to buy direct from Apple, so I've ordered from Very. Delivery 'by 19/09' so should hopefully be here next Friday.
