I was asking about whether it is possible in 10.11 because I can't Command + Tab to full screen apps in 10.10
Then maybe your Yosemite installation is haywire.
Is it running on a supported Mac without any extras installed? Do you use a Mac OS X compatible keyboard with a CMD key?

Wow. Maybe. I never thought it might be just my Mac. I use an Apple keyboard. I can activate app switcher no problem. Just that the full screen app isn't there.

For example, watching a YouTube video in safari in full screen mode. I can Com Tab to another app, but when I try and Com Tab back to Safari, the non full screen YouTube page is all black and white without a playing video and to get back to the fullscreen video I need to go to Mission Control and choose the space with the video. Maybe a Spaces issue?

I am using Total Spaces instead of Mission Control (which is not disabled, just barely used), but I know of that YouTube "issue".
When I use Safari in not fullscreen mode and watch a YouTube video in fullscreen, that video is put into a separate space/desktop.
I can still CMD+TAB to other applications though and CMD+TAB to Safari brings me to the YouTube video in fullscreen, but if I use my mouse to show all spaces and switch to Safari (not the YouTube fullscreen space), I get that black and white window, but I can still CTRL+TAB or click other tabs and use CMD+TAB to switch to other applications.
CMD+TAB and Safari seems to remember the last active window.

I am running 10.0.3 by the way, with all apps updated to the fullest.

Maybe you can share a screencast of your problem to see if it is a problem or just the normal behavior?

Can someone post some screenshots of new Notes App? i'm considering it instead of Ulysses. If it's not too much trouble I'd like to see:

- General layout with folders (are there nested folders?)
- Look of editing options
- Are there any statistics on word count etc.
- Can you move images around?
- Can you control text indents with rulers?

I don't have pictures of me now, but considering all the stuff you're asking, I highly doubt Notes will be for you. It's pretty basic and hasn't changed much (if at all), from what it's like today. The only really difference is being able to do tick lists and have a slightly nicer looking web link, (which only takes up more space anyway).

Can you share exactly what does this does? Like, can you feel any feedback at all, or is it basically like tap to click?

It changes the sound of the new trackpad click without affecting how it feels. Makes it sound a bit more like the new keyboard keys.

Sorry, last one, I promise: If you three finger tap a link (same gesture as defining a word), it will open a preview. This works system-wide as well, so you can quickly view links in Messages and Mail. I remember a similar feature appearing a couple versions ago, in Mountain Lion I think, where a small black triangle would appear next to links and you could open a preview of webpages. That seemed to have disappeared for me in Yosemite, or I turned if off somehow on accident.
That little triangle is still there in Yosemite, and you can see it in this beta El Capitan as well.

Huh, then it must be something wrong with my computer, because I can't see it in either. I'm bummed I could have had it all this time. I just figured it had been removed or it had maybe been a third party app I'd installed and removed at some point.

Just relax. The notes app in my Yosemite continues crashes after installing some third party apps. I have no idea.
Maybe, you could try a clean install on...uh, I guess, there is something related to, yes, third party apps. :(
Sorry for my fragment like words.

I'm not sure if this was in later versions of Yosemite or not, but there doesn't seem to be Dock options on the main menu anymore. I assume this is because you can already access those same options in system preferences and by right-clicking the dock spacer.

Oh no... They removed Locations too. I used this menu item very often...

Does the right-click contextual menu now align with dark mode?
Answered twice already, but...

Nope.

One interesting thing.
Sometimes you may notice that your full screen app has a separate desktop background. I noticed this once, but I cannot reproduce. maybe my eyes don't work well at that time. ;)

However, Safari now may choose Yahoo as the default search engine, and opening a new tab may open Yahoo search.

You can set different backgrounds for the desktops. However if you create any new desktop spaces, the new desktop will be created with your default desktop image.

You can easily change the homepage of new tab/windows in Safari preferences.

If I set a slide show of my desktop, and add new desktop space, it will be assigned with another desktop in the slide show collection.

In fact what I see is when I open a new window, by default it should display...

Uh, safari in this beta El Capitan sets yahoo as the default homepage?

Although now we can automatically hide menu bar, if you do this while using safari, safari will become weird sometimes. You may find you can only view the webpage, but you cannot click anything on the page. If you refresh the page, sometimes it will work. Auto hide menu bar still has bug, and i recommend anyone don't use it much in this beta.
Plus, even those apps with full screen capability, it is possible to leave menu bar area "untouchable" when full screen apps quit full screen mode.
Click and hold green button to do similar thing in Windows 7 on windows is not available in this beta.
CMD + Shift + T now is used for hiding tab bar. Extensions used for reopening recently closed tabs will meet keyboard shortcut clash.
