Does handoff between OS X 10.11 and iOS 9 work for anyone? I'm a developer with an MBPr (Late 2013) and an iPhone 6. The feature's been broken for me since the first 10.11 beta in June; I expected it to have been fixed by now, but the GM's been out for almost a month, and there's still no sign of a fix. If it does work for anyone, could you list the model of your Mac and your iPhone?

issue with USB 10/100 Ethernet device
not able to connect to LAN (via a USB 10/100 LAN device) after upgrade to Mac OSX 10.11 (El Capitan)

I suspect this is a driver issue ... duh ... I'm left speechless
I wonder is there a way to fallback to Yosemite??

Installing latest realtek driver solved the issue for me. (even I have dorten adapter)

This has been the worst update in a long while. 2 of my 3 Mac systems are pretty much useless, because MS Office keeps crashing. This leaves me using my slowest system, and my Surface Pro. Thank God all of my eggs aren't in El Capitain's basket. Don't know if it's a Microsoft issue, but i would have hope that Apple could have at least tested MS Office prior to pushing this buggy release out to us. This has made my work a hassle... grrr....

Does anyone experience this within the finder? Brand new MPBR 15 preinstalled with Yosemite upgraded to El Capitan. I don't know if this is a MBR issue or OS issue. I maxed this thing out and want to assure my 3k is well spent. Coming from a 2013 MBPR.

^^I had that issue too and for some unknown reason it suddenly started working. No idea why but after a restart it worked.

So far a few errors, but many irritating events, like:

Time Machine (alternating between 2 disks)
leaves device+sparse bundle mounted at random after cleaning up,
sometimes corrects this after the next backup, sometimes leaves
me with several mount pairs.
In such cases I have to reboot.
(Memories of 20 years of MSWindows bubble up like ....)

I am unable to remove a favorite from the OSX Finder sidebar. I can select "remove from sidebar" but then nothing happens.

I have this weird bug with El Capitan... it's a finder window bug. If I open a finder window with several tabs, after a while there's a shift in the columns and I miss the top part of the window, plus the side scrollers are gone, makin it impossible to reach the top of a file list. Here's a screenshot. Anyone got this too?

Safari Smart Search results remain open after Google search results page opens. I think that this maybe specific with Google though as changing the Search plugin to Bing does not result in the same issue. Anyone else getting this?

Finder is just all jacked up in this OS so far. Uploading pictures to websites has become a pain since it seems that the 'cover flow' view in Finder is no longer available for this task. So now I have to go into finder, find the name of the picture itself rather than being able to view it on the site itself prior to uploading.

Also it seems that now iTunes can't see my files from my Time Capsule. When trying to add to library it always gets a 'can't find' error when clicking on the Time Capsule.

Might need to switch back to Yosemite until these things are fixed. I do a lot of uploading of pictures and this is pretty annoying and time wasting.

Getting screen flickering on 10.11.1, with 27inch Dell attached via display port.

It's been happening intermittently so no easy to reproduce steps at the minute. But happened after start up.

Anyone else having troubles?

I've got a bug on my 2014 iMac,
Installed 10.11.1 today, and after doing a copy of some data from one HDD to a new one, i come back to find that trying to awake from sleep mode has it stuck with a black screen and cursor.
Any ideas on what to do without shutting it down, as things are still copying.
(tried cmd option esc, screen sharing but no luck)

in El Cap with dual monitors, if i have safari open with tabs on my secondary monitor and i drag a tab off the tab will always open on the primary monitor. It makes it annoying and rather not possible to do something in fullscreen on the primary while using safari on the second. It never used to do this. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Had something going on with the sharing menu, it didn't show flickr and a couple other apps. Now with recent updates 10.11.1 it corrected that issue and all the correct apps now appear on the sharing menu. Didn't see anything about that in the notes but it was corrected.

Well even after the update still getting the Safari lag. Seems especially with Twitter, but others are also affected.

10.1.1 final still has my issues:
- work iMac loses favourites in Open/Save dialogs. Anyone know the related .plist to try and debug?
- can no longer output a 4K signal to my TV

In Safari the red number badge on extension buttons are cutoff on the right side. Anyone else getting this?
