Applejuiced aren't you afraid that you will not have enough memory since it's 64 bit and only 1GB ram? I was planning to buy a iPhone 6 but it has to be jailbroken. I'm afraid my apps will refresh all the time because of the lack of RAM.

What's your experience so far regarding RAM and apps reloading all the time?

I havent had a problem so far with my 6 plus.
I don't mind the safari reloading automaticly cause typically when I open this forum for example I want to reload it to get the latest threads and info showing up.
But its not as bad as people make it sound. You'd be fine.

The only issue with this jailbreak is when you install Cydia, you can't re-enable passcode without boot looping.

For those unsure.

This is great news! Looking forward to iOS 8.x for my 5s. Current jailbreak is so stable that I think I'll just wait this out a couple of weeks. Thanks to the pioneers that go before me and report back!

I can't for the life of me hold out any more (on my day off)

Just jailbroke it, SSH'd Cydia, and preparing filesystem :D

Nope it just shows 7.1...

Maybe because I am on a mac and the mac version isn't out yet...?

Im on a Mac and it shows the version for iOS 8. No, only the windows version is available att, but you can install it using a windows VM on your Mac.

I clicked on a link via idownloadblog and it took me to the blue themed chinese website where it showed the proper version... If I enter the URL directly it takes me to a brown themed website in english... Hmmm...

And no I don't have windows installed on this machine... Will need to wait till I get to work on Monday... :(

Thanks though... :)

restoring for now to stock.

had MMS/pic message issues but more importantly, upon SSH reboot, phone was stuck on the apple logo

Do you think an update in Cydia will address it or is a new pangu needed?

Reboot worked with password off this time. Woo hoo!!

Gonna be cautious. I can't go back to stock already :p

I've already tasted the nectar.

sooo sad that they released this. It is way too early in the update cycle. There are way too many bugs that apple needs to work out, and on the next release they will be sure to close the jailbreak. O well...
