No 3g tho :(

How is your Hero running with 2.2? My carrier still hasn't even released 2.1 for the Hero, and it's getting on my nerves. I have been thinking about rooting it and loading 2.1 or 2.2 myself.

If you root your phone, you can load any custom ROM onto it including Froyo ROMs. Rooting is just like jailbreaking, but for Android.

I carry a couple phones and the non-Apple ones are the Nokia N900 and the HTC Desire.

"Computer phone" Just a heads up to modern kids, its the same thing as a smartphone.

Your right but the guy at the store was saying that too, i found it funny that time but not anymore, anyways I gave that phone to my brother and got my self a iPhone 4... So far so good...

I ended up getting a Nexus One. I've actually had it for a few months now. Excuse the iSight photos ;)

Rocking a Samsung Epic that I absolutely love. Maybe an iPhone in the future, but right now I'm perfectly happy!

This. I'm actually enjoying it a lot...then again i've always been a fan of webOS (the best OS out there IMHO). I occasionally use it instead of my iPhone but my iPhone remains the primary device.

I've had a Palm Pixi Plus on AT&T since July, and I absolutely adore it. Best phone I've ever owned, hands down.(better then my 3GS I think) Wouldn't trade it for anything. :)

I've got a Samsung Rugby. All I use it for is to make calls. It does the job well. The main reason I got it was because it can withstand the beating that pulverize those flimsy plastic toys that passes for phones nowadays. A few months back, I was working on the roof, my wife told me I had a call. She chucked my phone on to the roof. I picked it up, talked for a while, dropped in 20 feet onto the ground and got back to work. Like the Timex of old, It takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

I'm going to switch to the Sonim XP1300 once my contract is up. I'm not a big fan of flip phones. XP1300 does everything the Rugby does (only better) and it's waterproof. That's the kind of phone I'll never have to replace.
