Sharks are becoming, if not already an endangered species. Most sharks leave us alone. Every creature has a purpose and a place. When man changes the balance or introduces an invasive species, it can wreak havoc. Example, Pythons in the everglades.

One of my original cats, Sabrina, resting on the stairs in our house.

Mine were recharging for another night of World Class Soccer, up and down the halls, ALL NIGHT LONG! But they earned their keep. One night there was a racket going on, and I stumbled into the kitchen to see the female holding a little field mouse down so the male could look at it. I clicked the light on, and they both looked at me. I almost felt guilty. But the poor mouse was injured, and I grabbed a paper towel and rescued it, only to flush the poor nearly dead thing. Another time, they caught a small snake in the living room. We lived in edge of a forest with a dairy farm next door. We always seemed to have something in the yard. Snakes, mice, HUGE wood spiders, skunks, raccoons. We even had a heron in the front yard once. Figured he got lost. But anyway.

Love black cats. Cute picture...

Nice! I like the industrial look. I was at a client's shop once, and was walking through the shop to get to the back office, and passed a bin full of copper shavings from one of the CNC machines. In the light at the time, that was the most beautiful sight I'd seen that day. The richness of the copper color, and the way the light played off it. Of course the danged iPhone obliterated the beauty of the moment. The pictures look nothing like what I thought the reality looked like. So awesome. Then they lost the contract, and the work was all shipped to China. Yeah, bummer... They occasionally did titanium machining, and the shavings of that were some of the employees favorites, but they hadn't done anything in titanium in a few years. One guy used some of the scrap to make titanium chopsticks. That would be pretty amazing... *shrug*

Great shot!

I just realized that YOU are the worst offender of the rule that you have sworn to here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/photo-association-game-thread.2287020/post-29658870 So, I’m gonna go and call a trial on you!!! Sheeesh ??

This is true, but one was to honor my father and the other to honor my bride. There is no judge or jury in all the land that will find me guilty of anything worse than deep love and respect. Your violation, on the other hand, was just blatant. :p

Thanks. It was taken at an auto salvage yard. The owner gave my photo club complete access to the place for a few hours. I got some pretty good shots that day. My picture of the wheels/ rim's earlier in this thread was taken the same day.
