Orford Castle...

Sorry your not going to get away with that. I'm sure there must be more to this story.
I live in a small town, and there's really only one street conducive to street photography, so I hang out there quite a bit. For months now I've been seeing this guy on a scooter flying down the road with a raccoon crawling all over his back and head as he drives. And for months I've been trying to steal a photograph, but he's usually moving too fast and I notice too late, so the moment eludes me.

Today was a lovely day, so I took a walk down my lone street, and I stumbled upon this man and his pet raccoon, this time parked and refueling. A crowd began to form, and all manner of tourists and shopkeepers came out to see this animal. The raccoon was quite popular with the ladies. One shopkeeper brought a banana. I snapped away, but even on the sidewalk, the man barely stood still. I asked him for a portrait, and he gladly agreed, but he moved around so much it was tough to capture a good shot.

And that is the story of how I photographed a man with his pet raccoon. ;)

Thanks for the back story! Nicely captured. A good street shot should leave you wanting to know more. You captured that essence perfectly!

Braved the 115ºF(46ºC) temps to get a shot of the sheikh zayed mosque in Abu Dhabi, UAE. My buddy taking it all in.

You may be doing yourself a disservice here.

What was more important in this shot... your buddy's shirt, or the beautiful building he is looking at?

And just in time for retirement. That can't be a coincedence. Have fun Hughmac
I've had bikes of some sort for nearly 40 years - it's just a whim that bought me this, that and the previous machine was just not powerful enough ;)

35 days to go though (I'm not counting)

Cheers :)
