Red bug for today , these things were all over a coreopsis planting where I was shooting . Wasn't much else there as far as insect life so was glad to find them .

Gary, is that down in the Southern Vales of Adelaide? It sure looks like it! Nicely done with the prop blur too!
Tks Alexander
A first time visit, it is the Aldinga airport, they have a little old coffee shop there, open 7 days a week
my shots were during the week, I'll be going back again during a fine day for some more testing and panning practice
all shot off the monopod, might try the tripod with side kick next time
This 70 year old gets to go during the week, may be busy on the weekends?

One from the Stowe Landscape park. Interesting place. I'd love to shoot there at the end or the start of the day./QUOTE]

It's a great place for photos isn't it. I went earlier on this year and grabbed a dull uninspiring shot of the same bridge.

Something different for me today. I spotted this scene as I was about to finish climbing the stairs at the State Library of South Australia yesterday. There was a particular type of quirk to it that really grabbed my eye.

very nice composition but I keep on wanting to go over and push the red chair in a bit to make it balanced :)

It certainly is a nice place. I'd love to go back at sunset, or when there was some snow or something. Due to the nice weather when I was there, it was pretty busy, so difficult to get clean shots. I'll post another later when I've edited some.

It would be pretty special in the snow or at sunset. I loved the little secret grotto.
