More beach scenery. The main attraction of scotland.
Lovely. But as for the main attraction of Scotland I think you have forgotten the Leica museum that @kenoh runs. Really beautiful but he doesn't have a fun set yet!

Joking apart I'd love to head up to Scotland. Beautiful beaches, castle ruins and if you're really lucky a red Squirrel!

Hehehehe, the Leica museum. I forgot to visit it!
But I guess it would have been closed anyway. The curator is always out shopping to expand the collection.

Oi! Museums are for stuff that is cherished but isnt used anymore!

The anonimous benefactor that gave rise to said museum knows I continue to love and adore the wee Leica collection.

You should watch for an opportunity to get up here. I have a list of places you can hit in a day...

You two are funny, you know, in a not funny at all kind of way.

Once you try a Leica you realise there is nothing else quite leica Leica and you will be hooked...

Scotland is beautiful if you get out there and dress appropriate for the weather. Stunning views and breathtaking colours... Everyone should visit Scotland.

Enjoying watching your exploration of tonality in the images from the IR camera...
Thank you; it's all down to which custom WB I use. I currently have 2 set up, one that gives brown tones and another that gives more colour when processed.

Yours above - I know you say the highlights are blown but I like the effect :)

Cheers :)

Thanks very much AFB and I gotta say that your shots from California are some of your best. Well done AFB and keep them coming.

Kind of you to say. Not sure I'd agree though!

Looks like the limited Dynamic Range on the M9 causing you issues. It's better on the M10!

Sorry couldn't resist! I like it.

Amsterdam? it's getting close. Fortunately in no longer work there, but a safe distance (>100 km) :)
Can you imagine, seeing fellow forum members in the wild? Scary.

Padawan... a jedi master is beyond circus tricks to gain approvals! The dark side is strong in our wives... I am on a warning. Need to get the Bathroom, back room renovations and the stairs handrail done before I can think about toys. Plus I need to start over paying the mortgage by a massive chunk if I am going to be free any time in the foreseeable. So I need to make do for a while... then when that is done I will have shed loads of disposable income to buy toys with so happy days.

@E3BK is nice too...
