This was taken in Glasgow, UK back in early 2015. Yes, solar eclipse through clouds (surprise surprise). I think the clouds helped me get it otherwise it would have been too bright to capture.

I was in Bristol and got some average to poor shots (will find them tomorrow to amuse you), quite a memorable day for me, but that's another story...

Starting a vintage Ukrainian bike during Bonneville Speed Week. Yes, a record was set, although it was pretty modest considering the kind of bike it is.
This place is just full of curious characters and I got recruited into the team quite randomly on the spot. Expect unexpected.

Another succulent, working handheld and with extension tubes on, I was so focused on keeping those pointy tips in focus I didn't realise I had softened the centre.
I can't speak for Oblomow, but I'd suggest losing some of the foreground water. This will bring the focus even more to the cityscape.

In general I would like the 16.9 Format some times ..
