SNOW!!!!!! i miss snow and cold!Sligachan - Isle Of Skye (a little known and never photographed place in Scotland ).
are these the same people in that beach photo, but sitting under all those umbrellas?
Catching up here after a couple weeks away in Alaska. Thank you Alex, that's very kind of you.I absolutely love the definition to those wrinkles, the hairs on the forehead and that gorgeous nose, mouth and tusks! In combination with those little touches of highlights glimmering on the background water, it's a delight to behold, Peter.
Me too!SNOW!!!!!! i miss snow and cold!
Not really, but I’ve been messing around with it off and on. I may start using it more often though.Do you use ProCam as your primary camera app on the phone?
Nicely done. Could be from a magazine shoot.Just listening to Red Velvet - Summer Magic CD with my iPod Touch and earphones on a dimly lit bedroom.
5D4, EF 100mm macro IS, ISO 1250, 1/30s, f/4.5, +2/3 EV, jpeg only.
Lovely lighting. Well seen.Antique chairs in the morning sun. Interior shot of an old homestead located in Heritage Village. There wasn't much light other than what came through the window.
Beautiful. Of course this is what the height of summer looks like in Scotland!Sligachan - Isle Of Skye (a little known and never photographed place in Scotland ).
A close up of a fountain, or an extreme close up of a tap?

Thanks!. I've been doing laundry at home this week and just pretty much jamming with my CD collection while doing laundry. Just took a picture of what I'm doing that day. Never thought that it would've been from a magazine shoot though hehe.
Nice shot. I assume you quickly ran back to the warmth of the Sligachan Hotel? As you're not used to the bitter cold of the scottish summer.Sligachan - Isle Of Skye (a little known and never photographed place in Scotland ).
Yeah, it’s nice to have something that has a little more control, but I often fall back to the default since it’s just a swipe away on the lock screen. The default camera is just so convenient to use that I never end up using any other app to take picture, but mostly use other apps for post processing.

Back from a camping trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Lots of shots to sort through but the ones that caught my eye and attention on PP was my first attempt at Milky Way Photography.
happy for a first attempt.

The Milky Way and it's core visible from the Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park. Mars makes an appearance in the lower left hand corner too. Saturn is casting a small reflection at the bottom tip of the core near the horizon - and somewhere in between Mars and Saturn, Pluto is around - although it would require a telescope to see properly.
This is a shot I made very quickly, as I wanted to get home to my bed! I was busy yapping to another photographer and whilst that was pretty cool and quite nice at 1.30am, it did distract me a lot and I didn't put as much thought into what I was doing. I'd rather have taken at least 16 frames of this scene for NR in post, maybe even 24. I just didn't think and opted for a stitched panoramic (as that's what the other photographer and I were discussing). Anyway, still happy with it.

Wait until you get well into your 40's. It's all down hill!It also made me realise at nearly 34, I can't stay out late the way I used to at 24!
Disgraceful the way the young are getting older these days..... What's happened to aging disgracefully? It also made me realise at nearly 34, I can't stay out late the way I used to at 24!
And that you are happy with it I the most important thing here!Anyway, still happy with it.

I still can't get my head around how 20 second frames can come out without showing any movement? Are you using a tracking system of some sort that moves the camera through that exposure, Mark?
That and the lack of a suitable lens for astrophotography are the only things holding me back from trying it out.
