Union Pacific's "Big Boy" engine #4014 is on tour and I totally grabbed too long of a lense and went out to Bunkie, LA along with a couple thousand other folks. Made about a hundred snaps today and this was the last one I took as Big Boy was pulling out of a cloud of steam. Was able to make this one photo with no people in it by cropping out that one moron that crossed the police barrier and got in front of everyone with his phone. Would like to have framed it a little bit looser, but ...

Big Boy has been through our city a few times and I've just not been able to get out there and get the photo. I get the feeling my son would love it, but it was during the week and I didn't know about it soon enough to take a day off work.
