While out and about driving, I saw this wall graphic on a narrow alleyway wall attached to a hair salon. The next day I found a place to park and walked to the alleyway. While photographing the wall graphic, a woman walked in front of me and said she needed to reset the circuit breaker to the building. We talked for a bit and I mentioned that I liked the graphic. She told me that the young lady in the graphic died and the wall art was a tribute done by her friends.
On the utility pole there are lovely written inscriptions left for this young lady.

Another of those orphan shots. No metadata but I am sure I took it along the Kananaskis highway. Just no idea as to when. I've called it; 'Tortured', although 'Twisted', or 'On Edge' might work just as well.

This is a close up crop of a male cardinal that initially appeared to be eating leaves. What I think he was actually doing was cleaning the frost off each leaf, using the frost as a source of water. We haven't had much rain in the last few weeks, so apparently frost is a good alternate drink.

Ah, a beautiful '57. Friend of mine in high school had one (circa 1962). The red '56 (continental kit) is well restored too. The '55 didn't have the kit if I remember correctly.

Last night...I need a longer lens - but don't think Santa is listening. 200mm and heavy cropping just doesn't cut it.
I didn't control the noise very well. But anyway, an amazing site on the plains of Colorado this time of year is wave after wave of Canada Geese arriving for "safety in numbers" on some of the lakes (reservoirs) around here.
