Went out in search of animals yesterday, came up empty handed, but got this shot of my tracks instead.
Are you trying to make me jealous posting this just after I made the post about looking for animals to photograph but not finding any?Snowy Owl at sunrise.

Beautiful.
Yes but a real Scots man would never admit it.
This is a very cool shot. I really like your choice of framing keleko.

Most of them, but I know there are a few birds still around as well as a few moose and musk ox. Hopefully I can find some of them soon or at least have a clear night with no moon and good northern lights...I think your wildlife may have headed south to warmer climates. Another few months and I'll be the one coming up dry...unless I can get back to Alaska <fingers crossed>.
Musk Ox! I know of a few people (myself included) who would LOVE to photograph Musk Ox in the snow...especially a blizzard. Most of them, but I know there are a few birds still around as well as a few moose and musk ox. Once I find them I'll get the pictures up on here. I'm not sure if I really want to be out in a blizzard long enough to get the pictures although I'm sure they'd be great.Musk Ox! I know of a few people (myself included) who would LOVE to photograph Musk Ox in the snow...especially a blizzard.
I'm jealous.
