I don't know if your personal project is strictly a photography one or a bar tending one but either way I like it. Lately I've been working on upping my cocktail game. Initially I didn't appreciate that like photography there is a certain amount of knowledge and techniques to master and there are a number of basic tools one needs to do things properly.

Between a recent knee surgery and cold winter days and nights I just haven't gotten out to take many pictures lately unfortunately. It's time I get back out there though (knee is better) but I'm still going want to work on making an Old Fashioned just so in the meantime.
