"These pretzels are making me thirsty."
I spent 8 hours building the Seinfeld set out of legos.
Thank you, I am very impressed. I had a darkroom in the basement when I was young, so I know the chemistry very well. Memories. Yes! There is room in life for multiple processes.View attachment 2144625
hp5+ pushed one stop....developed and scanned at home by me...no....of course this isn't a darkroom print, so i know it doesn't count for some of you, but i'm actually pretty proud of myself that i've learned how to develop at home and work with the not-always-easy process of home scanning. just because it isn't a darkroom print doesn't make it "less than." there is room in life for multiple processes.
That’s a great place for them, but I got this as a limited run from to the stars. Tom’s choice in Boxcar Racer.Axe Heaven?
Definitely better than mine (the droplet is more in focus). 😁View attachment 2144838
After many many many shots... I got one where the drop stand still on the water pyramid.
Long time since I wanted to do it, got inspired by another photo and for now I'm good to go
You have no idea how many shots it took.Definitely better than mine (the droplet is better in focus). 😁

Thanks to the fine photography enthusiasts on here for motivating me to get off my butt. Enjoying this a lot 👍
That wonderful shot reminded me of the time (a while ago), when I was experimenting with fruit dropping...View attachment 2144838

It's funny how these things go in trends. I remember doing this with a lemon. LR tells me it was in February 2013.
We had a thread going for fruit dropping in 2015, getting together and trying to work out the best ways of doing itIt's funny how these things go in trends. I remember doing this with a lemon. LR tells me it was in February 2013.

Really Beautiful! Something else to try ☺️ if the family doesn’t complain too much for the time I’m behind the camera, but I love it !
Must've been during the time that I was taking a hiatus from photography and the POTD thread, as I sure don't recall this.... Fun to see the images that people submitted back then!
I understand that (those bubbles were the air carried down into the plain water by the fruit as it sank), but the water and the sheers number of shots plus the timing required was what brought it to mindMust've been during the time that I was taking a hiatus from photography and the POTD thread, as I sure don't recall this.... Dropping fruit into a (carbonated?) liquid is different than the liquid drops thingy, though.....
There are those at peace with the world around them; even the donkey looks chill. This man had an unusually proud, calm and friendly appearance and accepted the photo in advance in a friendly, relaxed look.
It's interesting how some encounters that lasted only seconds can still be remembered eleven years later.
Such people enrich my book of memories.
