Re-tweaked in Lightroom & Photoshop for a stronger finish. It was working on this image that gave me the idea of using rhythm for the last weekly competition.

For me living in a beach community, I have been neglecting the sunset photos this year. I looked, and all I have is a few from this past January. Every other one is from last year and the few years before.

I know familiarity tends to make you take things for granted but you can't keep shots like this hidden! Cracking. My sunsets are from Naples - near the swamp....

Cheers.
My Dad lives down near Naples. I'll try to remember to share more of the sunsets. And, to take more !

I took this picture just south of San Clemente, California. I was on the state park grounds. Just over the brush (on the right) is the pacific ocean.

Love it! Joe, I don't even need to look at sidebar to see who took the pic when it's one of yours. I was partially scrolled down and said "Joe King". You have a very distinctive style that I love. Two questions: when are you going to do a calendar and when are you going to photograph some autos or bikes....please. Cheers

Re-tweaked in Photoshop for more definition and a better use of tones, avoiding any clipping at either end of the spectrum. This was the second image I sold from my first exhibition in September of last year. It was bought by my council to become a part of their art archive.
