This obelisk at Fishtoft, near Boston, commemorates the Scrooby Congregation, a group of English Separatist Protestants. In an attempt to escape religious persecution, they chartered a Dutch ship, in 1607, to transport them to Holland. Unfortunately, the captain betrayed them to the local authorities. They were arrested and imprisoned in the cells at Boston for about a month. After their release they managed to reach Amsterdam. In 1620 they set sail for the New World via Southampton and Plymouth: a more celebrated voyage... in the Mayflower…

The transporter for the VLA antennas . No idea how they get the antenna on the transporter . That crane looks much too small …
Not sure myself, but I thought it was an interesting enough mistake to share (I'm on nights at the moment, and confusion sets in after a few shifts

I wish... this was taken on Sunday. Took 45 minutes to fill em and 4.5 minutes to throw them!
