Okay that's pretty shameful!I'm ashamed to say that I got Mrs MacRy to drag stuff out of the old shed before I'd dispose of it because of the spider situation. I am petrified of them.
Nice shed. #shedenvyYup.

What?!?! Ya big Jessie !!!
Back at ya ….. just in some guys front yard …
You have no idea how much I struggle with post processing decisions. Nearly every photo.
I have decided I am crazy. I spend hours looking at images, I really adore looking at images that have a grungy retro look and feel to them. The ones that look like the blacks have been crashed and the vibrance reduced. I love that look and feel.
So I try to do some effects on my own images, I play with split tones and amateur creative adjustments then I get all twitchy and come on here and start whining about my images not being vibrant bright and sharp!
I cannot have retro 70s looks and bright sharp vibrant images! need to choose..
Is it just me? am I the only one with this dilemma?
Really? Your images don't look like you are struggling. You have no idea how much I struggle with post processing decisions. Nearly every photo.
Tip on your snail photo? Would've been better taken even lower, closer and with the snail coming towards the lens. Well, at least in my opinion.

@kenoh I certainly can relate to your frustration. My images never look as good as as others I see. But I realised many years ago a lot of the problem is in my head.
I agree your snail might look better up close and personal, but IMO snails are pretty ugly up close!

Well no there is that too... hence strapping on a 200mm...And what about the feelings of the snail? Seeing Ken in close-up can't be a happy experience as well.
Plus , there's the matter of personal safety . That snail could have gotten riled up and turned on Ken.And what about the feelings of the snail? Seeing Ken in close-up can't be a happy experience as well.
He always brings his holy hand grenade.Plus , there's the matter of personal safety . That snail could have gotten riled up and turned on Ken.
Oh **** yeah. Is the dodge and burn too much?, have I put too much colour in the shadows?, should it be warmer or cooler?, does it look too 'fake'?.Really? Your images don't look like you are struggling.
I think your getting it right!Oh **** yeah. Is the dodge and burn too much?, have I put too much colour in the shadows?, should it be warmer or cooler?, does it look too 'fake'?.
Nearly every edit, nearly every time.
Without being a dick, I envy you guys using just Lightroom, Capture One or hehe...Aperture. I have to use Photoshop for most of my portraits, it's a half hour to an hour process and it can be a real chore knowing when to pull in the reigns as far as editing goes.
How much is too much?
A beauty! Love old Jags. Wish it didn't have the reflection of that blue car on it, kind of spoils it IMHO.
