Good old Bob Ross from PBS. What was it, a painting in 25 minutes? It was always interesting and entertaining. I just checked, he died in 1995.That’s what the late Bob Ross would refer to as ”a happy accident.”
We watched ”The Joy of Painting” every week growing up. Just to be able to make a scene in a 30 minute time slot was impressive in itself, but then there was the pleasant dialog of upbeat Mr. Ross. From his ”Happy Trees” to every time he ”beat the devil“ out of his large brush after cleaning it, he’d get that little chuckle—it didn’t take long and the you just felt like you knew the guy.Good old Bob Ross from PBS.
