Very unusual building, why is it closed?

Could be Moab but you're unlikely to get both of them in the same shot from that elevation. They're about 2.5 hours apart.

It's a nice landmark in New York City.
Safety issues and suicide rates have spiked. Four people have died by jumping from the sculpture since it opened in 2019. It has been closed since last summer when a 14-year-old died by suicide. After the fourth death, Vessel was again closed indefinitely. The future of the Vessel remains uncertain.
Why oh why did I not buy this antique!
