I like that shot a lot. Very urban, but there's something wonderful about that old dog. So anti-cliche from the typical put-bull, rottweiler (sp?) type you see here in the states.

The background is way too cluttered, IMO. There's out-of-focus in a good way, and out-of-focus in a not-so-good way. Instead of drawing th eye to the flower, this just distracts. Just my two-pennorth...

There is almost no where to park, other than on the side of I-15, then its still a good hike in. But awesome, and desolate!
Now these pics do not do this place justice. It was sunny, with no clouds in the sky. Mostly mid day. (I know the worst time to shoot) But imagine with some clouds or early AM or PM this would be a fun place!
That's one hell of a steady hand Shacklebolt!!
