A change from the cherry blossoms, as I'm still sorting through the bunch I shot the other two days!
I remember those white “old lady” taxi seat covers. I should have a photo somewhere too.View attachment 1980429
Inside a Japanese Taxi, somewhere near Yokohama en route to the Kirin Beer Garden

Hawks are not as skittish as smaller birds. I once got so close to a red-tailed hawk that I had to back up to get the hawk's picture as I was shooting with a 200-600mm lens. The hawk was too busy chowing down on a dead black squirrel and his partner was in a tree give me that look that if I got any closer a dive bomb would be happening. 🤣A frequent flier in our neighborhood the last few days. I was able to get as close as I was comfortable to get a photo. He didn’t seem to mind me at all.

I do as well but I like to do pairs with the verticals so that all the slides in a presentation are horizontal.I prefer the one on the left.
I have a similar photo, except instead of a dog, it’s an 8’ length of gutter downspout sticking out both sides of the rear windows!
