At my cat's house
Rough Draft of an assignment for my science and society class. CnC much appreciated. :D
Can you do anything to increase the DoF and soften the highlight on top of the apple?

Brought you to you by Plastic Bullet for the Apple iPhone

So Stu finally got around to bringing a teeny bit of Magic Bullet over to the iPhone in the form of Plastic Bullet, a $1.99 app that takes your boring images and makes them snazzy.

I'd have liked to have seen the boats coming from a bit further down in the corner as well as the top of the left-most boat not being cut off. Beautiful light and colors, the leading lines are just a bit high for me though.

Thanks Paul for an insightful comment. Actually, I agree with you-- great observation. In fact I almost didn't bother with this shot because of just that reason. It was at the very end of my shooting day and I didn't spend enough time on this scene because at the time I didn't really see the chance for my camera being able to pull it off without some kind of HDR...and I was shooting hand held. I wish I had framed the shot a little lower in the frame, just as you mentioned.
