Stunning as usual.
That's gorgeous! Fantastic photograph.
Broad Port Bay, SW Scotland.
May 2017
I last visited this location a couple of years ago and there was very little sand in the bay. The tides have brought it back and the big curving sandbar looked far too good to be true for bringing the eye into the scene. I climbed up some really big rocks to gain about 20-25m elevation to make the sandbar more prominent from the steeper angle I could gain.
I went here knowing where the sun would be setting at this time of year from past visits to the stretch of coastline South of this location. I figured this bay would at the right angle for it. The recent dry, settled weather gave a promising chance of a hazy, subdued sunset that would be ideal for the scene. The only thing I didn't plan for was the return of the sand!

Maybe try to adjust the exposure a tad. On my screen (which may be wrong), the white of the buds are all blown out.
More importantly.... how are they? I havent heard anyone comment on them since they were announced.

So, you are done now arent you? you are a man of leisure correct? how is it?
I think they look good on mine, and I've checked on a few other devices as well (iPad, iPhone, iMac). This was processed on my tbMBP 2016 and look alright, but will check on a windows device as well
They are pretty good actually, I really like them as a secondary pair, extremely convenient to use and the sound is not that bad as well. I think gen 2 will actually use the W1 chip in ways I cannot begin to imagine. The lack of physical buttons however, is a tad irritating since I am not a great Siri user to control my music.
