Have you walked or rode a mule on the Bright Angel Trail? That would take a little bit of nerve I think.
Much better. As I recall there has always been a mystery as to how those rocks moved and left the trails. Think the last I heard was that it was due to precipitation (a rare occurrence in Death Valley), freezing creating an ice sheet beneath the rocks, then some intense heat causing a bit of an ice flow followed by wind to move the rocks. Mother Nature is certainly mysterious. Get any photos of Scotty's Castle?
