No, my camera doesn't have a macro mode. I use an actual macro lens.

I see the daffodils have finally popped around here. No recent shots, but this one from the 2006 slide show. Very seldom do I pull back on the saturation levels but I did on this one. Still the original Olympus 3.2MP wonder camera.
