You have a little bit of ghosting on the top of that Vegas shot. And the person walking on the left.

Other than that, nice image!

I concur...

but don't get me wrong, I love that shot :D

This one's much better viewed on black

I agree, it does look much BETTER on black...
I would love to have a choice of having either white or black/grey background on this forum...

Really like this one too, you pretty much nailed it . Nice post processing too.

Mine for today, taken on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. One of the few times there was actually any light yesterday here.

Beautiful. Wow. Great view & scenery. And envy of course....
I had to do it with a view of the Rhine in Germany.

really great.

details?

Here's a shot I took of my Dad while showing him all my new equipment. I really like it a lot, from a sentimental stance. I don't get many shots of him because he doesn't really like to be photographed.

Anyway, just my ringflash with the 30" diffuser.

Wherever I hang my hat...

Sorry to be the dissenting voice, but I'm not sure it works here to have the sun 'in shot'. Even though it's low in the sky, it's so bright that it's just blown out to white.

If the sun is half hidden by clouds, or tree branches, or the sky is hazy, or the sun is even closer to the horizon (ie sunrise/sunset), then there's not quite such a stretch between the brightest and darkest areas of a pic, and a DSLR sensor will record some detail in the sun and surrounding area (a grey grad filter can help too)...

Frozen pier...

It's all there in the file. :)

As for C&C: I think this shot would have benefited from a more shallow DOF (the background is distracting) and better lighting (it's rather flat).
