It's alright. If you look on the left you can see someone's already taken care of one of them! Friend of mine recently bought a Porsche from the 70's which he's restoring (slowly).

Air cooled, Z link suspension, thing of beauty...

Nice spot on the sign! I missed that one.. lol...
[doublepost=1479720006][/doublepost]So got out to the car this morning to take the nippers to school and it was -2 degrees c here in Glasgow, so here is one to warm me up a bit.

Wherever I hang my hat...
Ah, what a pity! I associate this area so much with you, and you were one of my early sources of inspiration as a landscape photographer. I was hoping to be able to meet you here...alas, perhaps someday! Enjoy the south coast!

Happy to have helped to light the photographic spark, a few years ago… but you’ve really upped the ante with your fantastic landscape images. I hope you got a good audience for your talk; there are certainly plenty of people in the Lake District who either take landscape photos or who appreciate the results. There can’t be many places on the planet that offer so many photographic opportunities in such small an area (and where it’s nearly always raining!).

You’re going to have to tell us how we can view your talk online. I’ve had a quick look: nothing on the Rheged website (and pages devoted to the On Landscape mag won’t even load!). And what were your impressions of the event?…

A quiet corner of Lymington in Hampshire…
