Yes, they're a bit close to winter to be so young - I hope they both survive.
I wondered if your shown location was correct?

Here in the States, California is always "right"...

Real bubbles, real bath.Despite you adding bubbles I'm thinking that's not really a bath. Am I right?

Gorgeous. I assume the moon is providing the light on the left? I sure miss living in Alaska!Cloudy night
Horace is still asleep, so I assume his hibernation has started - here's another from yesterday.
If he stays asleep we will cover over his nest with a box to protect him from winter, and leave a doorway for ventilation and eventual return in the spring.

That's kind of an exposed spot for true hibernation. This one could be what those who know more than I do call an Autumn juvenile and may need a bit more care. Here's a link to a British Hedgehog information site. Quite interesting fellow.

And here's an interesting survey. Kent is/was (2014) the number 4 county feeding the critters.

Nice, but just a bit high on the left. Just a quick fix should do it.Taking a lead from the Weekly Photo Contest theme, here's a hand-held shot of the choir of Chester Cathedral. Canon 15-35mm f4 L IS - the IS certainly worked well in conjunction with the good high-ISO performance of the 6D (0.1sec f/6.3 ISO 1600). I even managed to avoid getting anyone into the frame! Comments always appreciated.

At least it was a photo of a cat not a snap!Phone photos of cats? This is an all time time low. You should be ashamed of yourself.
Here's a headshot captured at f1.2...and **** yes I somehow got the eye in focus.

Thank you, Dale. It appears there's a hedgehog rescue centre less than 5 miles away and I will contact them this evening for help.
There is also an awake juvenile roaming around in next door's garden so I reckon something bad must have happened to the parents
