Ah... treasure hunting. After only a few hours, a skilled practitioner can find all sorts of interesting objects... mostly ring-pulls and bottle caps...

Hi all... have been lurking for a LONG time but this is my first post. Taken on a local walking trail this past weekend. Of course, I've not jotted all the pertinent info, but will try to remember to do that in the future. I can tell you I only have that 1 lens and the D80 is my first DSLR. I'm on a steep learning curve!
There was no post processing.
Fall is fast approaching and the bees are working furiously to prepare for the white season.

YES! Montana De Oro! Kids were actually climbing that rock in order to get into a little cave area....was very interesting.

Nice perspective in this shot, I got stopped by the police about 2 miles down the road from this the last i was here and accused of speeding on the bridge. I don't know how though as I was driving slow to try and see the Kyleakin Lighthouse
Great shot ,I love the light in it . There's a real moodiness to it.
I've stayed in this town for 20 years now and this is the first shot i've taken of the river here.
