Getting the exposure time right on these shots is trial and error. You may well find you need one speed for the sky and another down below.Different take on yesterday's field. 20-sec exposure with ND filter. With hindsight, perhaps too much movement in the foreground flowers but was trying to get a sort of dreamy atmosphere. Comments always appreciated.

An oldish photo with a new treatment. Tried a new look for it whilst having a discussion with Kenoh. Thought I'd post it for comments/views.

interesting subject. Think you might benefit a bit from straightening that horizon. Also like Wednesdays photo, one from the front might look a bit better.

Well having met MacRy, I can confirm he's not that good looking!Might have been MacRy...did you see the selfie he just posted?
Your going to need a longer lens if you were trying to bait a squirrel!Acorn on a stone wall taken with a 15mm macro lens.
Might have been MacRy...did you see the selfie he just posted? Said he "tried a new look for it whilst having a discussion with Kenoh" but I'm not so sure that look is working for him.
Come on now guys - I put on my best outfit and brushed my tooth for that selfie!
I find it hilarious that you take a picture of MY daughter from my Flickr feed, tweak it to demonstrate a new processing technique you were helping me with, post it back to your own Flickr feed, and it gets more comments than my original! Lol...
Kind of like Facebook where I am lucky if I get 10 likes on any of my images. Unless it is an image of my brother in law Paul in which case I have seen in excess of 40 likes!!! I mean, he isn't THAT cool!
And I took some headshots for a friend. He posted one as his profile picture. 42 likes!!!!

Yeah I am biased... But... Even if one of them is genuine as opposed to me cooing, it is still more than I got!Sod's law isn't it. To be fair Ken most of the comments were from you saying how gorgeous she is
Ahaa! That's actually -15 on the clarity, that 85mm of mine is one sharp lens. Appreciate the feedback, Ken but the idea behind this one was to be harsh and over the top. An Anti Beauty Queen if you will.Hmm.. good one but IMHO too much clarity. We have seen her before in your images and she doesn't need the heavy cheekbone treatment...

She's one of these 'alternative models', I've shoot her three times now sporting different looks in each session.Cool... But she is too pretty for that no?
Yeah that is a very nice lens!
