Tonight's dinner. First time attempted grilling butternut squash. Actually turned out decent except overcooked the chicken with the timing difference out of sync, so it was a little dry. Nothing that a little wine wouldn't take care of though.
I hear you, chicken breasts are tough to get right—you gotta cook them to the right temps, but take it too far and they taste like rubber. I’m a fan of the thighs, more forgiving for sure! And I’m talking about chicken here, folks!

Up early, hoping to catch the 8:45AM launch today. Been a while since made the trip but had other business in area so leaving early. Prefer later launches, more because shooting east into the sunrise...so will see.

A late one from me today, with just a few minutes remaining, as I write this. A quaint ruin in a forest from a first visit by me yesterday. Phone capture.
I have lost the motivation to take the camera out again recently, but today gave one of those opportunities where I really wished I had it with me.
A nice afternoon walk and I heard a steam whistle in the distance, it belonged to this beauty stopped at the local station.
