Some wild flower that is very common in the interior of Alaska, bu I don't know much about it. I was told that it is a family relative of the dandelion.

A slice of bread (from a "barra", I imagine it is very similar --if not exactly the same-- to a baguette), goat cheese, dried tomato, serrano ham and as a touch of local cuisine, avocado.
