at the Fort
Hammond Oregon. Arrived at Fort Stevens for my brothers multi-day Recumbent Bicycle Rally. He rides a tadpole-trike, carbon fiber frame with electric pedal assist. Fort Stevens was an active military installation that guarded the mouth of the Columbia River from 1863 - 1947 and is currently a State Park and Campgrounds. The RV and tow car (detached) are seen in the background. I took this image from a military jeep they have at the front of the campsite registration building.

Camera all set up for video, mounted in a stabilizer when a gopher tortoise presented itself along the trail. While got some great ground level footage...then thought...oh yeah...I have a iPhone in my pocket. It is not like the subject was going to run away!
