No problem 😉 and thanks for entering in the photo contest too!Thank you for the kind words, it’s much appreciated ☺️
Very nice photo.
I met David Lynch in the first class lounge at Narita on the way to Manilla, maybe 15 years ago. We were on the same big 747 in the top (clipper class it was called on PanAm) and we spent a couple of hours talking about Mulhulland Drive. He was relaxed, soft spoken, and he told great stories. It was just that interlude, in the lounge. After we boarded, I never saw him again. Thanks for the reminder.Very nice photo.
Just remember the master John Ford (or David Lynch): where is the horizon?
Wow, how lucky you were! I love Mulholland Drive; he was a very special filmmaker. I don't know, I saw your photo and remembered John Ford's words, spoken in David Lynch's voice, about the horizon in pictures.I met David Lynch in the first class lounge at Narita on the way to Manilla, maybe 15 years ago. Beauitful pic, Todd. What sort of edits did you do in LR Mobile to achieve this look?
Thanks, I appreciate the comments. The edits that I did in Lightroom were adjusting the sky by itself and selecting the sky again and doing the inverse on that so I can get the water & ship. Hey Lenny, your gradient was used to decrease the exposure on the deck of the ship. Other than that, just contrast dehaze tool & curves. The scene was pretty well balanced to begin with so I didn’t really have to do a whole lot. Let me know if you have any other questions or see any of their screenshots of my edits.Beauitful pic, Todd. What sort of edits did you do in LR Mobile to achieve this look?
Increasingly impressed with the portrait mode cutout.
